  • 158 Community Nurses employed in October 2023
  • 393 student nurses placed on monthly allowance of N10, 000
  • More then 6,000 medical students employed on grade level 7 salary scale from 2021 – 2023
  • 2, 670 graduates were employed in teaching service and office work
  • 178 Community Midwives employed, 1 per political ward of the state
  • 2, 250 Crafts and Artisan employment generated
  • Temporary employment of 2, 345 youth 2021 – June 2023

  • Establishment of new 7 Government Girl Secondary School with 7,176 enrolment
  • Free education to persons with disabilities in all the state owned higher institutions
  • Temporary employment of 1, 780 women  on N10, 000 monthly allowance   
  • Construction of befitting Girl Child integrated skills acquisition centre Damaturu in collaboration with Multi-Sectoral Crisis and Recovery Programme (MCRP).
  • MCRP also in collaboration with the State Government constructed two befitting Women Development Centre (WDC) in Gashua Bade LGA and Potiskum in Potiskum LGA equipped and provided with Generators, Fencing and Electricity.   
  • Support to 1, 500 Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC)
  • Training and empowerment of 400 single mothers of orphans
